A tip about patience for new players.

This game can be slow, like incredibly slow. To the point where I've had a standoff in dorms last 15 minutes. Neither of us peeked. Neither of us left the rooms we were in for 15 minutes. A lot of more experienced players have learned this, and I find the quicker someone gives into boredom the lower the level someone is. Let them give into impatience first and listen for their movement. Watch intently at the angle hes at, if you get bored and get the itch to push, get completely out of the sightline (such as leaving the hallway of dorms and going into a room) and just scroll reddit while still listening to his movement, open youtube but mute the sound, watch your favorite Netflix show with captions on, but do not give him the advantage by moving, as he will know where you are instantly. Another one, if you kill a team, there is always one more. Always. Stake those bodies out for the last one, not for a minute, not for two, you watch them until you know that the last guy sitting with a suppressed SVD watching his friend's fully kitted bodies got bored and walked away too. Just remember, if you have eyes on the bodies waiting for the last one, that means no one can walk up and take loot without you killing them. Your loot isnt going anywhere, and if you killed a duo+ that's probably all the loot you're gonna be fitting that raid regardless, so dont get impatient wanting to loot the bodies and find more.

Tldr: Have patience. This game has moments where you will want to sit still for 10 minutes straight without touching your keyboard because it's the safest thing you can do. Theres always one more, if you have a hunch there is, stake the bodies out for a while, because there probably is.
