About mill

Ever since the new patch has been launched, half of my matchups are against NG mill. Before that, I've never been concerned with that archetype of a list. I was always like ''oh well, it's kinda annoying, but beatable.''

But when I began playing against way way more often, I realized how hazardous it is. I've tried a few mill lists in the past, so I can somehow relate on how it feels being the one who plays the mill. Allthough, in my opinion it's not about being efficient or not, neither if it has counters. The issue I'm having is that personally I find it unfun fighting a list that its whole purpose is to render my deck unplayable.

I get it, it's NG right? It's a faction that does exactly that, deck manipulation and statuses. But it's one thing manipulating your opponent's cards and a totally another thing to remove your opponent's entire deck by round 1. It's just onesided and toxic. Kingslayers need a rework. That's my honest opinion. Please, rework them to interact with an opponent's deck by doing something different.

Perhaps rework them to damage a unit in your opponent's deck or in your opponent's hand by 2 and make them 4 provisions instead, I really don't know but one thing I do know is that having all the cards taken away of my deck isn't fun, it's uninteractive, very frustrating and at the end of the day it's just not worth playing against mill lists.

That's all I wanted to say, I really hope that the kingslayers will be reworked in a way that you can still interact with your cards sooner or later.

Edit: I'm done trying to explain in the comments over and over and over again the same. I'm sure you'll going to read some comments and see my answers. They all pretty much allign. So you'll know my perspective. I'm saying this because I literally answered the same thing about 5-6 times. Like instead of replying just to be heard, think about what I've posted. Just think about it. It's not about who's right or who's wrong, it's not about who's on one side or another, it's literally about a fact. Mill is milling cards and that is uninteractive. It doesn't matter if you can win this, it doesn't matter if it's competitive or not. What matters is that this isn't fun and that this 1 list is capable of removing your chance to play your cards. People mentioned traps, Lippy etc but these lists DO NOT remove your deck. Mill does. So I'm done answering the same thing over and over.
