Battlestate, what is classified as RMT?

Preface – Not complaining, I am purely curious and pointing out occurrences that happened to others.

I am sitting on 95 million liquid roubles. 200 million stash value. I am incredibly tired of having money and I want to get rid of all of it so that I can reset my account and do a hardcore playthrough.

I have heard stories of others giving just a few kits to friends and being banned for RMT. So then, what really is the limit?

I feel as though I shouldn't have to worry about giving some friends Chad kits and getting banned for doing so.
