Don't look at the big nice presentation. Cover it with your hand. Look at this ingame preview.
If you can IMMEDIATELY and WITHOUT A SHADOW OF A DOUBT tell what hero it is – vote yes.
Otherwise – vote no.
The rest is preference and doesn't really make a difference for the rest of the players. But recolouring, too much crap hanging on top of the model does matter even if the set looks awesome.
