Could EFT benefit from team based game modes?

This is my idea. I want to maintain what makes tarkov it's own, but also want to highlight tarkovs gun play and let people get more time with it.

Spawning: Individual player spawn pick phase. 7* spawns of choice. Players can spawn independently of their teammates. One team per spawn. Players per spawn are known by both teams.

Pick order:
BEAR, USEC, USEC, BEAR, BEAR, USEC, USEC, BEAR, BEAR, USEC, USEC, BEAR.

Ability to choose aggressive spawns, passive spawns, or strategical location based spawn. "Speed Chess" spawn system.

All spawns are along the border of the map.

Extracting:
2 extractions available to both teams. 1 extraction location picked by either team after spawn-pick phase. Extractions open after 15* minutes has elapsed. Extraction closes after 25* minutes elapse ~OR~ 5* minutes after one team completely extracts, not counting dead players. Example: If there is 1 player remaining on a team and they extract, the timer starts.

Kit Customization:
Specific items of choice to build your kit. Carriers, armor, helmets, backpacks, guns, attachments, heals, and usuables.
Kg movement debuffs are still active.

Scoring:
PMC Kills
SCAV Kills
Rouble Value of Items Extracted
Number of Friendly PMCs Extracted

Looting:
Hand picked items with specific rouble-per-slot values.
Map is sectioned out into "rings of loot value". Centralized locations having the best loot, decreasing in value towards the outskirts of the map.
