Dota plus seasonal quests dont work? Don’t make sense??

Hey guys, I just want to say – either the seasonal quests just don't work properly, or aren't adequately explained. Let me show you my dota plus screen: https://i.imgur.com/WTdLQ5D.png

I want to pick up on a couple of the points, and hopefully you can explain it to me.

1: Win 50 matches.

I play on average 4-6 games per day. It says I've only won 15 matches. How long has this been running? 3 days?

2: Win match MVP 10 times.

I win MVP a lot. Did this season seriously only start a couple of days ago? Or doesn't it work? https://i.imgur.com/EeGaGR6.png

3: Give tips 25 times. Again – if this season only started 3 days ago, this might be true, but hasn't it been going on for months?

We pay for this, so if someone could explain it, I would be grateful. If you don't understand it, please upvote, so more chance of people seeing it and they can explain.
