As it turns out, after further testing we have a new king on the block. Below I have 6 of the most common and fastest muzzle velocity weapons in the game. I'll start with bolt actions, stats for each and price to build.
ALL MUZZLE/BARREL ATTACHMENTS USED ARE "BEST IN SLOT" FOR MUZZLE VELOCITY.
7.62×51 ammo used = M993
5.56X45 ammo used = M995
T-5000 .308 – 1049 m/s
DVL-10 Urbana – 1049 m/s
ADAR 2-15 – 999 m/s
SR-25 – 905 m/s
AK-101 – 1038 m/s
HK416 – 1061 m/s
Surprisingly, the HK takes the win. Having said that, the weapon is insanely expensive when running it with the SDN-6 suppressor. If you want to save 160k on that shit, go with the RC2 – you will "only" get 1056 m/s muzzle velocity. To make it work, buy a stock HK416, 20" barrel which is 42k, RC2 which is 29k, flash hider 9k and you have a ghetto sniper.
