State of the game – non teamplay and smurfs

Im currently in a crusader bracket and the game looks and feels as something completely different from 2 years ago.

About 2months ago ive come back after a long pause of 2-3 years and the game has gone much worse – considering toxicity and teamplay ( the game itself feels better )

What happend to this community and the game?

Im playing with roles and its just terrible, people choose the role but don't play it,aka offlane silencers and safelaners pudge

This might be due fact that i was Ancient 2 before, however im currently crusader,cause thats what 9/10 wins and 6 godlike games in calibration seems to give you.

Is this just a bracket thing,where people selfishly pick something they want to play even tho they have chosen other role and people getting trollish items(like glass cannon carrys in lategame without bkbs)

Am i doomed to play this toxic level gaben?

Cause i play to get fun out of it,but this is just suffering,if this is the case im guessing ill just stop for good even tho ive played dota on and off since war3 days,also hella more "smurfs"that roll over my team that has no idea how to counter heroes.(or even ward vs certain heros like tinker)
