Thanks to help from u/Anden_Beliam we discovered a bug that allows one to permanently freeze the state of the SRV Bay's deployment sequence and gain complete control over the SRV inside the ship. Places you can reach include the SLF bay (this bug only really works in a Krait MKII {other ships tested but not very thoroughly} and with an SLF bay installed.) The cockpit of the Krait MKII, you can bug up on top through the ship, and you can go into and drive inside the little out-jutts on the KMII. Disembarking works, however it teleports you outside to the nearest place on the ground. you can board the SRV through the ship in this state and continue to mess around inside even though you were on foot outside of it. To perform the bug, get out of the ship in an SRV, press the board button and log out to menu. Log back in and have a look in camera to where your SLF bay is and simply drive/reverse to it.
