Alternative win-cons are completely fine to have in the game and that's exactly what Sihil is. People simply have no idea how to play against it/run decks that have little to no interaction with their opponents. Those players, I'm sorry, but you're simply going to lose. As you should.
Sihil turns the game on its head. The objective is simply to prevent your opponent from stacking Sihil at all costs. This may even mean killing your own units. I enjoy Sihil matches, for or against, more than anything else Gwent has done, pretty much. Because it forces you to play 5-head, doing things like pinging your own guys to finish them off, etc.

People that claim its OP make me laugh even more. Yall got no idea what you're talking about. It's a borderline Tier 2, at best.
