Imo it’s gotta be the adrenaline stim, by far my favorite injector. I don’t understand why people hotkey morphines or propitals, this is the perfect emergency pk. It gives you plenty of time on the pk effect to get you to a place where you can heal better, has enough hp regen to give you a quick boost until you get to cover, and the strength, endurance, and recoil control is super nice. Oh, and it’s cheaper than a propital, and only slightly more than a morphine.
Keep an extra in your case, as you’ll be burning through these faster than you know it!
