Will Odyssey see performance improvements?

I bought Odyssey last night, and as far as actual content goes… I kinda regret how much I paid for it, but I'm enjoying it well enough.

My one question is if y'all think the performance will see some improvements. Horizon runs at a slavish consistency at 60 FPS for me. Odyssey doesn't run quite as well in general, which I can understand, but anytime I enter a room on foot or approach a place of interest in my ship, my frames drop below 1 per second. Do y'all think we'll see more improvements to these things in further updates? I love the on foot gameplay, character customization options, and menu changes, but I can't say it'll be worth using in most sessions given how laggy it gets doing most other activities.
