I'm an average player who plays Platinum in ranked and solo queues. Every single time I die it's by being rushed by 3 people holding hands giving me no chance at all, or it's by the worst 3rd party you will ever see. And when it's not that, it's the fact that every time i die it's to people in Diamond and Masters with like 20,000 kills on a single character. I have a total of 2500 kills on every single legend added up together! Why is it putting me with these nerds who clearly play 10x more than me and are 100x better than me. I would happily wait a full 5 minutes queue to get a match with people in my rank, queuing with the same number of people. Pubs feel just as bad as ranked as well. The matchmaking has made me want to quit this game, and with the KC ranked split returning, I think I'm quitting now before I have to endure that bs. S5 ranked split 1 was on KC, but I don't know if it's because the player base was larger, but I actually got matched with people of a similar skill most of the time. Now I'm getting matched against nerds and it sucks.
