I seem to be experiencing inconsistent game play rendering on my screen, whats being rendered on the screen, etc. Game play is not smooth for me. Just trying to figure out if what I am using is the culprit.
Console: I'm currently using an original PS4 Console from May 2016 (Uncharted 4 bundle) and it sounds loud at times, the fan seems to be running a lot and it does get pretty hot. Can this affect input lag? Does the PS4 PRO make a big difference?
Screen: Currently using a 39" Insignia ROKU TV. I sit about 2 1/2 feet from it. It does have "game mode" in the settings to help with input lag. Should I be using a Monitor instead? Am I looking for low Hz or low Ms?
Internet: High speed 400mbps! Although PS4 caps at 200mbps or so?
Cables: Standard HDMI cable. I did try HDMI Arc on the TV but do not notice a difference.
What would be the best possible setup in this case?
