Tactical – Grapple cool down 23 sec – 20 sec w/ gold helmet
Passive – Double jump after grapple
Extra – Grapple downed team mates & TAKE LOW PROFILE OFF ffs
Loba:
Tactical – Faster animation / Shorter cooldown / Longer range
Revenant:
Passive – Increase his wall climb height / also allow for shadow players to wall climb 2 – 3 times higher than default
Rampart:
Passive – Automatically receives hop up when she picks up Prowler[select fire] / Wingman [Skullpiercer] etc
