This is usually how my duos experience goes, but today I decided to track it. I played 13 games today on Xbox.
5/13 – Teammate quits in <1minute
3/13 – Teammate is gone (lags or quits) before drop
2/13 – Teammate lags out or is afk
1/13 – Teammate quits after pushing on half health and getting downed 2v1
2/13 – Teammate doesn't quit, we both die
So in 85% of my games today, my teammate lags out or quits before giving me a chance to revive or spawn them. In 62%, I was without a teammate in less than 1 minute. In 15%, I was able to finish the game with a full squad (i.e. no quitting). I never see this discussed here. Is this not an issue for this community? I've read that the devs don't include solos because Apex is supposed to be a team game. I find it frustrating that in this team game, only 15% of my games end with a full team.
Game 1: teammate afk the whole game, gets killed by the ring
Game 2: teammate downed in less than 1 minute, quits before I pick up a weapon
Game 3: teammate either lags out or quits before drop
Game 4: I'm downed on the drop, and don't leave until teammate dies
Game 5: Teammate either lags out or quits before drop
Game 6: Teammate downed and quits less than 1 minute in while I have purple shield and ping that I'm going to help
Game 7: Teammate pushes on half health, gets downed, and quits before being full killed
Game 8: Teammate is kill leader, and lags out with 5 squads left
Game 9: Teammate downed in less than 1 minute, quits before being full killed
Game 10: Teammate downed in less than 1 minute, quits before being full killed despite me pinging them
Game 11: Teammate quits or lags out before drop
Game 12: Teammate downed in less than 1 minute, quits after being full killed
Game 13: Only I didn't clip, and my teammate didn't quit. We made it to about 10th. Shout out to you ICEYxBOY or whatever your GT was.
