I really like energy weapons. Havoc is probably my favourite gun in the game. I would also like to use L-STAR from time to time, but I feel like it's damage depended on my luck too much (will I predict where the enemy will be in 0.5s or not?). This weapon seems to have quite high damage, but I don't see any situation where someone would want to take it over a more 'common' gun for end game. It's a fine starter weapon, and that's it. Also I think it's supposed to be a short range weapon, but I don't think it stands any chance against peacekeeper/eva/r99/r301/havoc etc. Not sure if this weapon is bad or I am bad with it, but I never had a situation like when someone killed me with it and I was like 'omg this weapon is so strong, I want to use that'
My suggestion (choose one or more)
-make bullets travel 20-40% faster
-make shooting time (without overheat) a bit longer
-make it easier to control
