I can't say how many blueprints I've gotten that I'd much rather turn into fragments so that I could actually use the national fragments that I got from the Holiday Ops Tier X. At the rate universal fragments drop I'll be able to use them up in 2 to 3 years. Twice a day allowing us to convert merit rewarded blueprints into universal blueprints I feel would be far from game breaking. Could even do two a day for premium and once for non. Ya know. WG has to have cash grab incentives.
Secondly… The amount of directives that I have is ludicrous. I use the good ones obviously. But most of the crew ones and toolbox I don't find myself needing. If we could sell these for half their worth in bonds (maybe cap it at 50 per day) I also doubt that would be game breaking at all, as the current way of collecting bonds is the longest grind in WoT.
