[ASIA] Ranked Battle Season 2 misinformation and Wargaming ASIA shameful response

When they announced ranked battles season 2 (which is the last one, in ASIA we only have 2 seasons of ranked), this is what was stated as the season timeline on their related article: " 16 March 2020, 17:00 UTC +8 – 6 April 2020, 23:00 UTC +8 (HK server only)", with prime time: "17:00 – 23:00 UTC +8" (https://i.imgur.com/1AEE7ru.png), I trusted them, manage my schedule around it, and play. And then only on Sunday 5 April I found out that it was the last day of ranked, not Monday 6 April like they mentioned, as according to the date and prime time, there should be one last sesson on Monday. The game client said: "Season is over", and I was totally screwed.

I chosed the website and their youtube video because the in-game client doesn't show any specific timeline for any major events ever, as you all know. They only show something like: "days until finished", without any detailed information like hours. There's a huge difference between 10 days 23 hours and 10 days 1 hour, but in the game, its the same "10 days until finished". It will only show the exact amount of hours left on the very last day, which is too late by then, because you have only 1 prime session left to grind!!! You just can't rely on it, especially with players like me who also have a busy work but still want to participate in important game events and can only grind them in the last days, so you have to make plans beforehand. One single day might be, and in my case, WAS the difference finishing 1st Division and getting enough tokens for the Kpz 50t or not. I was ranked 8 + 2 chevron in the 1st Division on Sunday (In ASIA server we have 10 ranks each Division instead of 15), and I was 100% sure that if I had another session on Monday, I could have finished it. As a result for WG's mess, I lack 1 single chevron from getting the Kpz 50t, which was the main reason for me to play ranked.

In my opinion, no matter how you look at this, it's WG fault completely for not being able to unify their in-game timeline and the one stated on their website. I deserved a proper response and compensation for it. So I wrote a ticket: https://i.imgur.com/bNHbTLx.png . And here is what happened: They completely ignored my ticket for nearly 2 days, SILENTLY editted their website article from "6 April 2020, 23:00 UTC +8" to " 6 April 2020, 12:00 UTC +8" ( https://worldoftanks.asia/en/news/game-events/ranked-battles-2020-season-2/ ). Then after all of that, they replied my ticket like this: https://i.imgur.com/NEwB3FW.png . I tried to reason with them further, then they answer me with an another near idendical message: https://i.imgur.com/ijXo8I5.png . They said: "we'd be happy to help clear things up" and "we will explain our procedure here", except NOTHING was cleared and explained.

In their latest article "Ranked battle season 2019-2020 closed" ( https://worldoftanks.asia/en/news/game-events/ranked-battles-2020-season2-results/ ), they did not even mention a thing about their mistake. It's clearly that they want to cover it up and ignore my right to have an answer.

If this goes on, players who have the same situation like me, in this event, or in any future events later on, will keep getting screwed by WG's own mess and they just have to ignore us and just rug it. I hope we can raise a voice here and force WG to make an official statement and compensation for this.

I made a post in World of Tanks ASIA forum as well, I'm currently keep it updated. You can check it out for more details: http://forum.worldoftanks.asia/index.php?/topic/86842-ranked-battle-season-2-misinformation/ .

What should I do more on this matter to get more attention from the community? Discord? Youtube? Please help me to spread this out since it will help yourself as well for future possible situations like this.
