less than 95 points : Chat blocked [all]
less than 90 points : chat blocked [team&all]
less than 90 points : 3 time in 7 day delete all points = 0
points will increase by 1 points per 1 battle that is not reported
I was reported for the offense That has been verified to be true 6 times
I can not chat with the opposite team
Points reduction may be
1 report : -1 points
or
1 report : -5 points
