Help me pick new tank for next Trade-In

Hi fellow tankers, I would like to prepare for next Trade-In (who knows when) and I need your help to decide which new tank to pick. I own two T34 (tier 8), regular and black version and I want to trade in the latter, which should be worth 6000 gold.

Reasonable picks IMO (only tier 8 since you can get free tanks up to Tier 7 from tankrewards) : Lowe, T26E4 Super Pershing, M4A1 Revalorise, Strv S1, WZ-120-1G FT, STG, T26E5, ELC EVEN 90, HWK 30

Most of all, I would like to know your opinion on:HWK 30 – general opinion (experience in battle), i have seen it quite a lot in public, what kind of spotter is this ?ELC EVEN 90 – can this one be a really good passive spotter in bush with uber viewrange or is it a really niche, for fun tank ?
