I’m honestly thinking about quitting the game (World of OP Tanks)

I've been playing this game for a long long time, right from the start I believe, but I'm a casual player, not joining any clan war and/or grinding for reward tanks… etc… so my garage contain mostly tanks that you can just research normally.

Starting with the Object 907, IIRC the first OP tank of many to come, things change… a platoon of these pretty much roll over any and everything it their path. One or two solo 907 can be dealt with but a full platoon? Forget about it.

So someone said the tank is not OP, it's the player that is good enough to have the tank make it OP. Fine by me, I don't really care but can that same player perform the same with let's say a Centurion AX? nah I don't think so.

Fast forward to now, since about 6 months ago, there are so many OP tanks, 2-3 or maybe 1 or 2 full platoon of Obj 907, Obj 279, T95/FV4010… or whatever the hell other OP tanks… PER GAME!!!

It's honestly no fun for any other players (or is it just me?)

I used to want the 907, but without joining clan war there's no way to have it. But then I realize it's a trend. They keep introducing new OP tanks to the game not to mention there are so many OP armor other tanks to force premium rounds usage.

Now there are several OP tanks, if one team doesn't have one, well it's pretty quick. But if somehow the teams are balanced then well it's their game, others are just there to entertain them.

I'm retired, and old enough to not give much f*ck about things in the game that I play for fun in my spare time, but lately it's not fun anymore. Most of the time after 2 or 3 games I just quit and come back later, hopefully those players are on their break.

PS: I have a younger friend with a garage full of tier 10 tanks, he paid $400 to a "grinder" to grind the Obj 279, I borrow his account and played some games with it, honestly it wasn't fun, but hell it's satisfying to watch everyone just resolve to shooting HE just to make dents in your tank.
