As I haven't really seen this suggested, here are my alternatives to some of the parts in Gunsmith part 4

Note: This requires Mechanic LL2 and Jaeger LL2, but I believe many players have this already when progressing through this quest

1. Barter OP-SKS from Mechanic LL2 for 3 Weapon parts – roughly the same as buying all the parts, but more convenient
2. Get the DTK-4M silencer off of flea (sometimes half price of Hexagon silencer), and use the SKS weapon tuning thread adapter from Jaeger LL2. The thread adapter is also relatively cheap on Flea, and still saves you money if you have the DTK-4M lying around

This saved me a good amount of cash since I already had the LL's
