The point of this post is that regardless of the technicalities, anyone that's played any FPS game for 15 minutes knows that when you say "hip fire", you mean "to shoot without ADS'ing", but since so many of you want to be so adamant about how "Ackchually, the gun is shouldered, so it's point fire", I'm here to pull you up on using the wrong Homonym.
