(Change to Borderless, so you can easily adjust the settings the way you like it and see the change live. For Sharpen you have to restart the game, I think.)
And for performance what worked for me a lot is what recommended since the fix few days ago.
I can finally see something again, had no big stutters for days, overall 20 fps more and even scopes feel smooth on Reserve.
