How to level Stress Resistance in 12.6 [GUIDE]

Hey!

I finished Kappa 2 days ago, and found what I am absolutely certain is the most efficient and cheap way to do it.

– Grizzly and cheap painkillers in your secure container

– Cheap insured primary (TOZ) that you can drop in a bush at the start of the raid to avoid getting tagged and cursed

– Night time, Reserve. By the heating pipe scav extract, where you can stand on the pipes and jump over some barbed wire. Stand on the pipes and walk through the barbed wire until your legs are blacked. This is much faster than just grinding your entire body against barbed wire, as you have to heal up your head and torso

– Go down from the pipe and jump until your stamina is drained. This will give you massive gains. Let your stamina regain and do this again, and then again. If you check your skills tab, you should now have the red arrow on Stress Resistance and diminishing returns. Do an extra jump to make sure to squeeze out the last points.

– Heal up your chest, head, pop a painkiller and run to sewer extract. You will not get a skill gain penalty for receiving a run through status

– Rinse and repeat

Average raid time when I did this was 4 minutes from loading in until I extracted, and the skill gain per raid was around 4 skill points.

TIP: If you have both Flint and Psycho sniper left, you can do them simultaneously by bringing in a Mosin and reloading 35 shots of LPS. You can pick the bullets up from the ground afterwards, saving money in the process. Don't press complete on Psycho sniper until you have your Stress Resistance at lvl 7, as it will give you one lvl in it, and the gain you need to level it up increases with each level, making it most efficient to wait until you are at lvl 7.
