TarkovTracker.io updated for .12.9 and now supports non-kappa quests

Hey all! I hope your wipe is going as painfully as mine 🙂

Thanks to a bunch of awesome people helping out on Discord, tarkovtracker.io should be fully updated with quest changes for .12.9!

Non-kappa quests with badges

In addition, non-kappa required quests have been added, and are denoted by red badges to let you know you can skip them on your way to Kappa if you wish. The only exception here are the reputation quests like Hippocratic Vow that come after Chemical Part 4, as I'm not sure how I want to display those yet.
