ITB Charity Rumble Tournament – V.5

Hi all,

We at Into The Breach Esports are running our 5th (and expanded) Charity Rumble, details below:

This is part of our initiatives (https://www.itb-esports.com/initiatives), purposed to give back to the community that supports us and do what we can to develop the scene.

Some additional details:

– The starting time will be 2PM BST / 3PM CEST.

– There are no MMR restrictions, all brackets will be randomised.

– We are matching donations, which will be given to It'sOk (https://www.itsokcharity.org/), a charity centred on mental health awareness and offering resources to educate and help guide people through their journeys with mental health.

– There will be two Epi's MVPs: With CoolerMaster again supporting the Rumble, providing a range of goodies to be won. Just make a play (whether win or lose), submit it, and you can be nominated and win gear from CoolerMaster (https://www.coolermaster.com/) such as an MH-670 Headset.

– Games will be ticketed: As the tournament is officially registered and will be available to watch via Dota TV. This means you can go back to your replays and find your best play for Epi’s MVP submission.

– The format will be a double elimination bracket with a lower bracket final to determine the 3rd/4th place.

– The payouts will be 1st-5th, the prize pool is £200.

– The game mode will be reverse captains mode, so teams will decide on what the enemy will play as their final draft heading into the game.

Registration will close one day earlier on Friday 25th of June midnight.

If you're an unknown caster and want to cast a game, you can also sign-up as a play-by-play caster or analyst – https://forms.gle/1QUiCUiXVmzVMh8G6. This is centred on those who don't normally get a shot, and we'll add your socials and profile wherever we can. We'll also pay you for your time so you're not just paid in exposure.

We hope to see you there, if not playing then watching! We'll also have a variety of streamers playing and/or casting (including our very own Rajjix).

Any feedback is most welcome on how to develop the Rumble and increase it's impact, accessibility and just overall fun.
