SPOILER – just found a new character in the game files that I haven’t seen mentioned…what do you think about the abilities?

Title is basically it, was just dicking around and I found what looks like another character idea that I haven't seen any of the data miners mention yet.

To make Respawn's life a bit easier I'm leaving out the name and where I got the info…reached out the them during IC to ask if they wanted me to tell them about stuff like this and never heard anything.
