4Game

I watch my friend in dota like dota personal coach + discord (he ask coach and I find him in the list, I dont need dota plus). Sometimes I dont have time. so I watch 5-10 minutes and just turn off dota (nothing happens).
Today I joined party and became party coach (dota plus option), but it turned out that this is not a party coach, but a team coach, so I abandoned game to connect as personal coach and was banned for 10 minutes (but I didnt press any accept buttons when game was found + when I leave as coach dota writes "This game is safe to leave").
OK, I connected as personal coach (but with dota plus, not through "Players looking for a coach"), I got bug (cant click on enemy), so abandoned again to reconnect and was banned for 24h (As before I didnt accept anything, had "This game is safe to leave" inscription + I was sure that nothing would happen to me, since I often quit dota after 5-10 mins of personal coaching)

So I have some questions for valve:

1. Why is it written "Party coach", but it is "Team coach"?
2. Why I can just quit dota as personal coach until the end of the game, but get ban when abandon game?
3. Why I just can't abandon game when I didnt press accept button?
4. Why I got banned when "This game is safe to leave" was written
5. Why after leaving as coach I still can coaching again, but cant play?
