Since Marci doesn´t have a Aghanim's Scepter or shard yet, I want to share my thoughts:

Increasing the throw distance from 350 to like 700-1000 would be a bit boring, because we already have that in Dota 2 with Tiny and Magnus:
Tiny:Toss Range900/1000/1100/1200
Magnus: Max Skewer Distance900/975/1050/1125 – 1275/1350/1425/1500
And it would be too OP. Magnus and tiny need to blink in or blink+force in, then skewer/toss. Marci can just W jump in and throw someone back by a high range, I don´t see it tbh, would be too OP.
Increasing the throw duration from 0.5 to 1.0 or 1.4/1.5 would be kind of okay I suppose? The Air Duration of Tiny is 1.4, too.
Stun duration
Stun Duration0.9/1.3/1.7/2.1 – 1.4/1.8/2.2/2.6
The stun duration is already very high with the lvl 15 talent 2.6 seconds! More than that would be really broken.
Scythe of vyse hexes you for 3.5 seconds and has a 20 second cooldown, but costs 5675 gold.
The impact damage could be increased with Marcis new Aghanim's Scepter or shard from 220 to 300-450 damage or something like, maybe even higher damage that that would be fine I guess.
Impact Radius 275 – nothingtosay
Cast Range 175 – could be increased to 350-500 so you don´t have to build Aether Lens (Bonus Cast Range 225)
Cast Point 0.2 – nothingtosay
Cast Backswing1.04 – nothingtosay
16/14/12/10 Cooldown – The cooldown is already very low.

Does not pierce Spell Immunity – Marcis new Aghanim's Scepter or shard could allow Dispose working on BKB targets.
For example if Earthshaker pos 4 sees an enemy you can fissure, totem on your shard or blink totem and then echo slam. Or you do the classic fissure into echo slam. Magnus can blink RP BKB heroes, even as a pos 5 support.
If Marci sees 3 enemy Core heroes with BKB then you jumps on one of them want to press Q, but if they react and press BKB fast enough, Marci can´t Q Dispose them. WeirdChamp. Feels a bit awkward tbh. Then you either die to the BKBed core hero, you have to R Unleash ulti fight hoping that you will survive the engagement or somehow jump away when W Rebound is ready again.
To sum it up:

I feel like you can buff any values of Rebound with Aghanim's Scepter and/or shard in 7.31.
Adding the +200 Rebound Cast/Jump Range with the shard instead of level 15 talent would be probably the best since you really want to skill +0,5. Dispose stun duration.
But if you do that, then you have to invent another lvl 15 talent that is probably useless and just a gap-filler. So the solution could be to add +0,5. Dispose stun duration to the new Marci Aghanim's Scepter or Shard and invent another LVL 15 Talent for the right side.
Then players can decide whether they need option A +200 Rebound Cast/Jump Range in some games where high mobility is needed to escape against heroes with very high movement speed or choose for option B at lvl 15 which will give … gotta think of something like higher Rebound Impact Movement Slow 30%/40%/50%/60% -> 50%/60%/70%/80%or Slow Duration 3 -> 4 /5 to be more aggressive and slow heroes when you jump on them.

I was playing Drow (pos 1) + Marci (pos 5) and the sidekick bonus damage + drow Multishot and Marksmanship bonus damage were incredibly broken. My favorite safelane combo so far as pos 5 Marci.
I would like to see a bit higher Cast Range than 700. When they changed Mekansm, Guardian Greaves, Arcane Boots Radius to 1200 that felt soooo goood. What a quality of life improvement.
When I have a slow carry player without blink like let´s say Drow or Medusa, but I want to Sidekick them to imbuing them and myself with lifesteal and attack damage I have to go soooo close to them, it´s a bummer.
We are fighting 4v5 and my carry player slowly walks towards the fight, yikes. Then I have to Sidekick my mid or offlaner. Give Sidekick some higher range and it will feel very good. BASED.

Many of these Unleash values could be improved, but it´s already a very strong ultimate. In Turbo Marci is absolutely broken already. I don´t think I won any game in Turbo against Marci (ranks varied from immortal 6000-8000 mmr).
If Unleash is buffed with Aghanim's Scepter or shard and Marci will then be picked in pro games as a Core (offlane/mid) hero and gets to the later stages of the game; man Unleash is going to be way too strong.
I saw some clip here on r/dota2, where a Marci was battling like 5 heroes, got 4 kills and then 1v1ed a fully equipped Medusa with 3000+hp and 3000+mana for over a minute and won the 1v1 eventually.
The only problem is the cooldown with 110/90/70 seconds. If you waste Unleash and the enemy team disengages, well you are going to be quiet weak for over a minute that could lose you Roshan fights, highground pushes/defenses and eventually the game. But 70 seconds is still quiet low. Anti Mage´s Mana Void has a 70 second cooldown in 7.30e, too.
