The reason for them to rework leader abilities is like "for the future development", but what do I get? Streamers get bored quickly and quit.
As for me, months before I was a pure competitive monster player, used all powder to premium monster cards, what do I do this month? I think there are quite some people just like me, playing one faction competitively for 25% of the time, and get the most of it.
I want to talk about monsters as an example faction, price of power expansion added relict as a deck but all other monster decks get powercrept gradually. So I get one but lose all else…
Now even the "new star" relict, which i don't enjoy playing, get powercrept. Just couple of months earlier it's busted, now i am not sure if it's playable competitively even not get any nerf.
So another thing I want to talk about is king of beggers. We all know he is too good. But I want to calculate how "too good" he is. It's 13 for 12 come out of the deck now, I give 1 extra value to the spend value, then it's 14 for 12.
For a 12 P card out of deck, how much power it need to be to get played? About 6. So instead of 6, one could get 14, that's 8 points difference. So as other midrange or pointslam decks, need to be buffed 8 points to keep up with. It's like "adding 8 for 4 that coming out of the deck" or "adding 10 provisions", as crazy as it sounds, that's what it is.
So, they think it's balanced, because one needs to play a bad tribute deck to fit it in. So, for an already midrangy pointslamy deck, adding a few decent pointslam control cards to get 8 free points, sounds like a great deal.
Another thing I want to talk about is "control". This season's only four faction are NR-duels, NG-locks invo, SY-8*2 targeted damage for tatal 16 in one turn. SK-removals-SK-exceptions???…….
Why monsters have the identity of……..not able to damage??? Eating each other but can't do anything to the foe? So, time has changed, decks evolved into more flexible besides adding couple of broken cards kind of thing. So, how bleeding and deathwish don't get outdated?
How, a ST card, a seer, see a card in the deck, if it's a special boost self by 3, appears in the balance changes. Did they not voted or at least thought for this for a second, a deck which at least have half unites, a very conditional, heavy deckbuilding requirement 7 for 4 is really bad, why the guy or girl with this kind of idea again and again not getting fired, and why I, I, have so many ideas for the game's betterment, isn't one of them.
My point of view is: put yourselves up, please,,,you work is so meaningful, any decision could affect thousands of people, not like me doing useless shit everyday. GET MY BOY STREAMERS BACK
