Hello all, don’t make many posts but I thought to give my opinion on this matter.
Recently, I have noticed an uptick in the amount of posts talking about a support issue and requesting assistance and/or trying to get upvotes in order to have a chance of being seen by the developers or support staff.
I think that BSG has a customer support account that we are all able to legitimately reach with concerns over the launcher and online. I don’t want to see this sub go the way of /r/2007scape with users consistently making use of it as a way to receive attention from the devs.
This isn’t a commentary on whether or not it works to do so either. I’m sure it helps sometimes, I just don’t think this is the place for it.
Let me know what your thoughts are and if you have different perspectives.
