I’ve been playing somewhat casually for a month or so but I’ve gotten stuck at rank 16 and can see I’m going to have to step my game up. I’m not sure if my problem is my strategy or my deck building. I equally suck at the Draft and Patience is a Virtue seasonal event, as well as Standard play so I’m not sure what tells me. I struggle most against Syndicate decks, especially when they start throwing around those fucking bounties. Is that typical?

I recently broke my monster deck into a Vampire deck and a Deathwish deck and haven’t played any other factions. I had used cards like The Beast, Apiarian Phantom, and Nithral as staples and I left them in my Deathwish deck but took them out of the Vamp deck to make room for Regis: Reborn and the Unseen Elder. Now my Vampire deck is exclusive vampires and other cards that give bleeding, and 7-8 organic cards and spells. The Deathwish deck still has the three cards mentioned above plus some organic cards and spells and the rest is an even mix of Deathwish cards and cards that trigger them including Ritual Sacrifice and Weavess: Incantation.

Any advice on my decks or strategy in general? Or anything you guys did to just…get better?
