I want to preface this by saying that I have definitely not played consistently and attentively enough to be able to create a list of much value, but I'm curious: Since Beta Gwent (so not W3 Gwent, but as soon as it became standalone), what does the community think that the overall faction rankings have been, in terms of strength? Reflecting the fact that Syndicate obviously wasn't around at first.
For example, if Skellige was the meta faction for half the time, and absolute garbage half the time, that they'd be 3rd or 4th, etc. Having the best meta deck would definitely make you strong, but if the second through fifth best decks are all the same faction, I'd think the top meta deck wouldn't necessarily mean it's the strongest faction. There's probably a way to mathematically figure this out by checking meta reports over time, though.
My terrible guess would be:
Gap
Syndicate
Northern Realms
Skellige (3 and 4 were tossups to me)
Gap
Monsters
Scoia'tael (I remember when it was the laughingstock for month after month)
Again, this is definitely not meant to indicate their current strength! But as a "over years, how they've shaped up in terms of which factions are dominant/weak."
Not being able to craft them sucks. Especially when everyone I talk to about it…
