Allowing floors to be considered as shelter.

My friend and I spent five hours trying to build our long hall and could never get the roofing to work with us. It would always for some reason break from lack of support. I don't know if there's an upgraded pole we need or roofing, or what. But, we couldn't get it to work so we resorted to floors being our ceiling. Now, what irritates me, is that I've zero rain hitting me or going into my building. Yet, for some reason my character is wet and remaining at max timer.

If they would make it where floors were considered roofing as well, it would help graciously since trying to make pillars are a pain in the ass.

Or at least make building a wee bit easier if we can't get floor ceiling.

Note, I didn't want this many of pillars being in our long hall. It was just the only way to keep the building from collapsing.
