So I've played maybe 6 wipes now and haven't played this wipe yet.
I've been thinking a lot about what I enjoy and don't enjoy about Tarkov. SOO much time is wasted on inventory management, trying to min/max things. Double clicking thru 30+ deep backpacks isn't fun.
I have always been a big fan of the 'hardcore' mode that some streamers do and the ideology behind it. Me and my friend finds it the most fun when we are playing scrappy and I've always enjoyed playing and the concept of zero to hero runs.
The main hardcore mode usually has no scav runs, but we enjoy some scav runs.
Here are my proposed alternative no hoard hardcore mode, that aims for a different style of 'fun and scrappy', but is generally less restrictive than traditional 'hardcore mode' rules.
Traditional hardcore mode allows you to still deal with 'Tetris' and 'hoarding', which I want to not have anymore.
The goal here is to not have to deal with finding where to put some item in your stash, deal with containers and remove all tetris elements of the game. Focus on basically what you can carry on your PMC, otherwise sell it and do 100% pure money.
Not being able to craft them sucks. Especially when everyone I talk to about it…
