Role name: Joker
The Joker role isn't always good or bad, but is random. If you get the Joker role, it'll say either "Crewmate (Joker)" or "Imposter (Joker)". No matter what, the joker can go inside vents and can turn off the lights, affecting everyone, even the imposter(s).
As an imposter, the Joker is not shown to the other imposter(s) as a teammate, so the other(s) isn't aware of who their teammate is. The Joker cannot directly kill as an imposter, but instead has the "bug" option. This places a timer on the target (amount of time can be changed) and if the target passes another player within the time, it gets passed onto that player. When the time runs out, the player with the timer dies. The Joker only has two or three timers and the Joker along with other imposters can also be killed by it (there wouldn't be an animation shown to the person that gets bugged). The Joker can also be killed by their teammate(s), so be careful! Joker can sabbotage as normal.
As a crewmate, the Joker can of course still turn off the lights and go inside vents. If the Joker is killed by an imposter, the imposter and Joker switch identities, leaving the imposter with the color, name, etc of the Joker for a changeable amount of time. The Joker has the option to "spray" when they get near another player, temporarily obscuring their vision for a changeable amount of time. This can only be used two to four times.
Whether the Joker is a crewmate or imposter, when voted out, it will only reveal the player as the Joker, so the other players won't know what team the Joker was.
The Joker role is only available on two or three imposters and even then, there isn't a Joker every round.
