We started building a wizard's tower next to our main base in Black Forest. After some ground raising, tree planting, metal working and dizzy-height building, we got to the max height where snow covers the tools and you can die twice when falling. All because of the scenery… Which, frankly, sucks. Black forest is a foggy dump. So I'm disappointed.
Before continuing from the support structure, I decided we find a better spot with nicer view. So, where should we build?
What biome has the clearest view? I know plains can get super foggy, but that's not on daily basis. Mountain has advantage with nice base height, but drakes can cause trouble with damage to building.
Any recommendations with biome borders? Any good mixes of biomes that would result in amazing scenery?
By all means, spice your tips up with some pictures!^ I'll add some WIP images when I get back to building process.
