As we can see, this expansion is gonna bring into playability, to the moment of this post we have seen Monsters's Thrive return, Skellige's Pirates, Syndicate's Tidecloaks/Hoard and Scoia Tael's Harmony, but that implies that some cards from those archetypes might get some buffs. Such as…
Skellige:
- Drummond Warmonger: This card, after his rework was never used, the only time I have seen it being played is by the AI, so, it requires a buff, even a rework because his ability is just bad
- Dimun Pirate Captain: 3 deal 3 conditional damage cards are just way powercrept, the only exception being Dol Blathana Bowman (Because the damage is inconditional and has 4 power now) and Renegade Mage (The damage being tied to a Tribute and being free with a leader) so, it might require a new ability
- Terror Crew Axe Wielder and Plunderer: A combo that was supposed to be played together, one triggering the other one, but, Ounslaught brought many anti synergies around, giving Axe Wielder an absurd amount of armor makes him bad, so, maybe an ability change to Axe Wielder might be needed
Syndicate:
- Fence: Is a Tribute card hidden in Hoard skin, maybe she just needs the ability of Passiflora Peaches, it would make her Hoard oriented and playeable among other Tidecloaks
- Hvitr and Aleydia: They just have hoard for the sake of it, otherwise they don't do anything at all to support the hoard archetype, seen how CDPR changed Sigvald and Phillip, this card could change to be a better Tdecloak/Hoard card
- Tidecloak Ransackers: They're weird, potential 7 for 4 (3 power 2 damage 2 coins) but kinda underwhelming, we already have Mutants Maker for a similar power level (4 tempo 3 coins) , they probably need a rework or some kind of Fee ability
For the Monsters and Scoia Tael faction I can't say much because I'm not entirely familiarized with those factions, sooo, what do you think?.
