So every card (excluding strategems, leader abilities, etc) has a provision value between 4 and usually around 14-15, depending on if a scenario is buffed or nerfed.
My question is, what would a realistic addition outside of those parameters look like? There are no cards below four provisions, since however bad the card is, being able to banish it from your deck, or mulligan it, etc. is well worth saving extra provisions. Almost any card can be used for positive effect, especially with cards like Ornate Censer around, or in a Kolgrim deck, if it automatically banishes itself.
What would, say, a 2-provision card have to look like?
And for that matter, on the other end of the spectrum, what would a 22-provision card look like?
Like I said, it's tricky to come up with a 2-provision card since it could be used in 99% of decks if you aren't careful, to save provisions. So what about a gold (so you only have one) 2-provision card that banishes itself from the deck prior to Round 1, and spawns a Lamp Djinn on your opponent's side of the board?
And for a 22-provision card, what about an 8-power card with Resilience, Immunity, Shield, Zeal, and Order: Seize one card with power equal to or lower than this card's power.
Thoughts and other suggestions? The goal is that each card is theoretically worth two and twenty-two provisions, accordingly, not be garbage or an auto-include.
