They could also add a gun cleaning kit to the game and you could apply the gun cleaning kit to the gun of your choice and apply the gun lube to your gun for a total of -30% chance for your gun to jam the next raid or something. Or any number percentage chance they like it to be.
Would be super dope to clean my guns and apply lube to the barrel in my hideout and get hideout management XP for it, plus it actually serves a purpose to potentially save your life next raid with your gun potentially didn't jam on you.
I feel like this could be especially useful if your beloved gun is starting to really wear down because you are on a winning streak with that gun, gotten back from insurance a couple times, and have repaired it a couple times. You could apply the gun cleaning and lube to add to a higher chance you won't get a gun jam
EDIT – This could also give more use to Scav guns. Instead of just selling off the low durability scav guns, you can clean and lube the gun and boost it up and be confident to use it for a raid.
