BSG's financial statements in the UK are available for review.
They posted gross losses and a net loss of over £700,000 with only £1 million in cash on hand and Cash from Operations is down £3.4 million. They also owe Nikita and some guy name Dmitry Loskutov £7 million. It seems they are losing money, have not made large capital investments, have limited cash on hand, and have very few assets they could use to secure funding if needed.
