I've been burnt out of valheim for a while now. Waiting for a new update. The other day I spent about 3 hours perfecting my ideal valheim experience in the meantime. There are a bunch of things in valheim that I'd prefer if they were just not a thing (Like stamina cost for the hoe). Well guess what. There's a mod for that. I challenge you to take a look through the top all time mods for Valheim and just scroll through the pages. I'm sure you will find a few QoL changes that work for you.

Here is a list of my perfect experience. (so far)

• Plant anything: I can plant any crop, berries, mushrooms, etc
• Craft from containers: I can use items that are nearby in a container (20 yard range)
• Slightly more inventory space: Extra 2 rows. This does not increase carry weight.
• Faster boats: Boats travel about 2 times faster reveal more area on the map when sailing
• No Rain damage to things without a roof
• No Stam cost for hoe and cult
• Torches and bonfires never run out of resin
• I can use equipment when swimming (Gone are the days of struggling to make a dock)
• Trophies are now consumable: adding 1 random skill point when consuming (gives more purpose to trophies)
• Ore and other gatherable nods on the map are automatically added to the map with a pin (need to walk within 10 yards of the nod)
• HD texture update
• FarmGrid: makes planting perfect
