I love this game and (almost) every aspect of it. The one thing I hate though are carts. They are so unsatisfying to wield, even after making a road through the whole island with the hoe it is a real pain to transport ore. And transporting ore from the mountain to the base is near impossible, even with only half a cart full of silver… Am I getting something wrong? How do you carry your silver from mountain to base/ship?

I spent the last 4 hours making that one road. The fun starts at the top of the mountain, where I tossed the cart from the top and followed it, as it was suggested in the comments! Real fun, 10/10 would do it again btw! Then at the bottom of the mountain began my long lasting journey of making a road through the low mountains and the black forest to the nearest shore where I could finally load up my longship and get killed by the sea serpent! I almost gave up making the road, because using the hoe isn't satisfying…until you the the grip of it! then it really becomes fun and it does actually make very nice roads, and I added in those zigzags (again mentioned here) for the steeper hills and it is actually only ~ double the time as without the cart, but the cart can be loaded at 2000, so it is way more time efficient! and I only needed a few hours to make the baseline of the road, practical but not very beautiful! Looking forward to really beautify this one and make this island my main island for the rest of the game!
