EDIT: yea, dont even bother reading this except for laughs. the *1 minute* Arena looks cool, but man the hype is killed. Back to square one, can't wait for another event with Rhizy on reserve this time! /s. lighthouse expansion with no date, arena tentatively set for autumn this year. (until its inevitable delay of course. If you honestly think we are going to be playing that anytime soon, I feel sorry for your blind optimism) here's to the next one. cheers!

So im assuming a lot of things here for this discussion. But if the cult bought a nuke, and we are about to "witness it". What are the odds you guys think this youtube premiere is also going to be accompanied by an in game event of that nuke destroying tarkov?

I basically picture seeing a missle come in, pure blinding light with explosion sound and then the servers go dead (which might be a wipe. or scary thought, the first implementation of perma death from radiation) not too hard to code, no actual destruction.

They did something similar with Halloween a while back which was cool. (If you missed it, Basically the raid went dark and foggy, and all scavs turned tagged and cursed with pumpkin heads)

While that event was certainly overhyped, it showed off that they HAVE the resources to do something live in game at a specific time.

What do you guys think? Possible, impossible, or am i huffing too much fumes?

P.S: I havent played a lot of tarkov lately because it got stale, and am just excited to have something to look forward to today 🙂 u really cant ruin my mood, but this is reddit so feel free to try.
