Every voting system is flawed. But in recent debate I was looking for alternative voting systems for BC. I want to hear your opinions on this two-way voting system:
First, everyone votes on which card changes they like to nomination. This works the same way as the current system.
Secondly, everyone can now vote on each nomination iff they agree with the change or not.
Only the nominated cards that have the mayority of yes-votes are implemented. Changes that the mayority disagree with a left out.
This way, people who use their votes to nominate lesser popular cards can still influence the end result. It also improves on the community satisfaction of the votes, because the mayority had voted for the change. Unlike let's say 25% of people wanted RH to 1 power, but since the other 75% had their attention devided by other card changes, the 25% became one of the large groups and the change was pulled through.
Not being able to craft them sucks. Especially when everyone I talk to about it…
