Do you think there is a snowballing effect in progression, and if so, is it meant to be like this?

An example would be how ammunition doesn’t have its strength and availability matched as either increases, atleast not for medium to high tier ammo. You can see this on https://eft-ammo.com where ammo is organised into a neat little table on the right (on pc, request desktop version) showing the approximate effectiveness. Ammo availability is also descending. IMO this table should be roughly green from the top left corner to the bottom right (a line) with effectiveness in stronger armors varying or descending uniquely. In other words ammo strength should correlate to its availability. Otherwise you have people running around with level 3-4 armor and ammo that can not reliably pen their own. This creates a single cartridge meta (PS 7.62×39) in the beginning of the wipe and leaves no purpose for any of the other cartridges and hinders progress even more for those who didn’t do well in the beginning as PS becomes a low tier to average round later with better armor around.

This may be a bad example or even a wrong one so hopefully someone else can name something.
