I'm watching the video of the guy beating Valheim in reverse because I'm hyping myself up for my second play through when H&H drops
In the video I saw Yagluth in the meadow, and Moder flying over what also looks like the meadow. Obviously neither spawn there when playing normally, but for whatever reason my next thought was, why are there so many boss alters?
I think it would be much more interesting if each boss only had a single alter. I think if the bosses had single alters it makes the journey much more, idk, epic? Like, what if Frodo could have had his pick of 5 different Mount Doom's to go to? Just doesn't seem as epic
My next thought was, well that would be a massive pain because there is SO much sailing. Weaving in between land masses, dealing with lack of wind, exploring a map and getting lost and turned around. And maybe that's why the devs put multiple alters in the game, to avoid that annoyance particularly. However, couldn't that be remedied by having less water? Larger land masses and less water
I'm not a developer, and I don't know if those are ideas would even work, and maybe I have no idea what I'm talking about. I'm just getting hyped for H&H and using my imagination
Edit: I enjoy sailing, I just think there is a bit too much of it, especially when playing solo
