BKB is on the most broken and core items in Dota. Even after signification nerf in 7.31d which saw its cool down increased by a mighty 20% its still one of the items which is core for almost every hero. I would love to see changes to BKB in 7.33. Here is one suggestions . Would love to hear more.
What if BKB was inbuilt in every hero where you get charges based on your level. You get one charge for specific level with 90 sec cool downs.
Level 10: one 5 second charge – 90 sec cooldown
Level 12: one 6 second charge on top of unused charge.
Level 15: one 7 second charge on top of the other unused charge
Level 19: one 8 second charge on top of the other unused charges
Level 23: one 9 second charge on top of the other charges
Level 27: BKB 5 second charges always available if off cool down. This is like having a 5 second bkb today. This is on top of any unused charges.
